This course presents an overview of essential topics from astronomy, physics, electricity, chemistry, geology and meteorology. Features biographies of some of the important contributors to advances in the physical sciences. (The course does not satisfy science certification for secondary school teachers; it is not accepted as a major requirement in any natural science field.) Lecture meets three hours per week. Prerequisites
Must complete all pre-requisites with a grade of "C" or higher
OR have equivalent placement test score
