ARTS 10003: DRAWING I

This is an introductory course in the materials and techniques of drawing, including basic concepts of line, perspective, and value. Techniques will be developed with the study of still life, perspective, portraits, and figures, while special projects encourage creative expression. Formerly FAV 1003.  

ARTS 14003: PAINTING II

Painting II is a continuation of Introduction to Painting I, deepening the student’s understanding of color and design, creating images with impact and expressive content. Both opaque and transparent painting techniques will be explored. Formerly FAV 1043.
