An eight week course designed to prepare the Paramedic student to understand special considerations in the field of EMS, provide the student an overview of EMS operations, and to prepare and review the student for the National Registry for Emergency Medical Technicians-Paramedic certification examination. (the last 100 hours – Capstone/Internship is required). (100 hours – Capstone/Internship is required). Students will document all field and clinical time through an electronic tracking program.
